HMD Global redesigned its flagship smartphone Nokia 8 and announced it by name Nokia 8 Sirocco, just kidding. The previously rumored Nokia 9 smartphone is none other than Nokia 8 Sirocco. Compare to Nokia 8 this sirocco edition differs significantly especially the screen. HMD launched its first 18:9 display screen with minimal bezels on the new Nokia 6 Smartphone. Since Minimal bezels and 18:9 is the present trend in Smartphone, Hmd global adopted this technology for its mid ranger phones like Nokia 7 plus where as Flagship phone like Nokia 8 Sirocco still has 16:9 aspect ratio with minimal bezels and curved display.
